www.telappliant.co.uk will provide 020 numbers gatewayed to VOIP (as well as
0845, 0870). Costs are (I believe) GBP25 to sign up and GBP9.99 per month. You
might be able to port, but I would be surprised.
0845s are GBP25/year and 0870s GBP7.99 one-off.
