Been through the same myself recently.

My solution was:

1) Convert Analogue 1 to single exchange line

2) Port Analogue 2 number to Callsign

3) Port ISDN number to VoIP

4) Convert single exchange line to broadband.

Step 2 was by far the most difficult to achieve, BT repeatedly
insisting that you cant request a specific Callsign number, nor port
an existing one. You can, you just need to find someone who has a
clue and also gives a shit about customer service :)

Also porting any of your numbers from BT to VoIP will immediately kill
ALL of your numbers and services associated with Business Highway.

You need to ensure the existing numbers are held in limbo prior to
your other provider taking over provision otherwise they go into the
pool and may accidentally get reused, particularly if they are a
desirable number as one of mine was.
