Only response from BT help people (VTech Europe) is a recommendation to
reset the phone as below
RESET FOR DIVERSE 6350
PRESS MENU ONCE
then type in
*0#0*0#
(STAR,0,HASH,0,STAR,0,HASH)
PLEASE NOTE THIS WILL NOT BE DISPLAYED ON THE SCREEN
PRESS BACK AND THEN MENU
DISPLAY WILL SHOW SUPPORT
PRESS OK
SCROLL DOWN TO RESET
PRESS OK
THE DISPLAY WILL SHOW RESET BS TOTAL ?
PRESS YES
Resetting to factory settings will erase all entered details from the
phone.
If this fails see relevant exchange procedure.
