Funny coincidence: same is happening to me. Also bought BT Diverse 6350
about 2 months ago, and getting similar symptoms. Answering machine
plays OGM for a week or two, then OGM refuses to play (it seems to be
the same whether you record your own OGM or whether you use the default
OGM). The phone picks up, then all the caller hears is a click. Not
got to the bottom of it yet. I find that pulling the power chord out,
leaving it for a few (approx 30) secs, and plugging it back in seems to
clear the problem, but it is annoying. BTW, I assume you are referring
to the answering machine function in the corded unit/base station, not
the cordless unit.

Not much of a solution, but at least you know its not just you.

Will post if I find anything out.

Allan
