Need list of all and complete UK Postcodes.

For first part of postcodes consisting of
City/Area Code (one or two letters)
District (one or two digits)
list can be had from
http://www.postcode-info.co.uk/counties.html

It is the second part consisting of
Sector (one digit)
Unit (two letters)
usually written with space in front or with taller bar on Royal Mails
Signed For forms that is not available.

On uk.telecom,microsoft.public.mappoint on Sep 3 2005
http://www.postcodewise.co.uk/ announced UK Postcode data files for
sale, but it is not clear if they have what I want, and there is no
contact address on the site.
