Theres two different things here, and which you have will surely
affect the cost of change. There is multi-group as described where
there are several lines all on one number; then there is hunt group.
AIUI a hunt group is a number that, when dialled, looks across several
lines all of which have their own numbers. If you have a hunt group
then I would have thought the cost would be less as it is just an
exchange reprog exercise?
