Youve not heard of a multi-line group - can be arranged so if line 1
is busy, line 2 rings, then line 3, then line 4... or round-robin
where they will ring, in sequence, so position 1 doesnt take 50% of
calls, only the regular 25%, assuming all 4 have staff available, and
that the call durations are reasonably similar.

Someone else pointed out the price has gone up from 74.99 to 99.99
(and assuming these lines are for business, then likely to be +VAT)
