It sounds like the PABX supports Bellcore caller ID. My understanding is
that ntl: use Bellcore in some areas and BT CDS in others.
If your ntl: line uses CDS, then I suspect caller ID isnt going to work
with this PABX. When does the caller ID appear - before the first ring
(typical of CDS) or after the first ring (typical of Bellcore)?
