The first can receive calls for free when he is in his area but once
he goes outside of it he has to pay.
The second can receive calls for free after 9pm at night (US time) and
at the weekend.
I just thought they were on odd packages. Utterly mad how backward
the Americans are on some things. Broadband can be a lot more
expensive as well.
