Telewest still has bundles, my 3 meg cable modem is Ł50 a month with
another service, Ł52.99 without, and you wont get that speed with ADSL.
The discount used to be a lot more.

Telewest Blueyonder internet quality is excellent, at least provided you
dont use their email. Downtime is very rare, and usually announced.

Most of which are dependent upon BT Wholesale. I also have private ADSL
(not to the internet) and the reliability is much lower than my cable
modem.
