No. But it must have hit yours. Looks like your a BT Engineers who
knows it all. We ,the customers, pay you, BT, a lot of money. Dont
forget that. I dont know how you approach finding a fault. Dont you
have log where you write down you findings so the next BT engineer
knows what was done or not done before he trying to find a fault.
Can.t be that hard.
