This has been asked here many times, but for your info, it depends
entirely on the calling network/country. Some allow it, some dont. To
confuse things even more, even if the calling network allows it, there is
no guarantee the call will be completed..!

In short, dont unless you have to and then dont complain if it doesnt
work. Another good reason to avoid 0870 numbers to start with.
