You still have the same rights to use TPS, but this would have limited
effect in your case, whether with Gradwell or BT (foreign number). With BT
you get Choose to Refuse if you pay them, but with voip your ata could
possibly do the business for you for free, and much more flexibly. My
Fritz!Box does call blocking OK, for example.
Or Voxalot can act as a proxy ATA for $30 p.a. and block certain CLIP
strings amongst other things.
