Following introduction of freephone numbers for Directory Enquiries
that play an advert before the required number, someone should start a
service whereby you dial a freephone number, then enter the mobile
number required, and it plays an advert before putting you through.
I guess the problem is that regular voice calls are of variable
length, and people might not like having an advert played every couple
of minutes - I wouldnt mind if it meant the calls were free!
