Well Roger, Im on the Heinz Program and using CPS on my Orchid and I know
that you arent so I dont know if the following will apply to you or not,
but heres a cut n paste of the instructions that Orchid sent to me (and
they mention V4 but I have the V4+ and it works the same):
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
To Force Home your V4 dialler.
Lift Handset & dial ***12#4567890*3
Replace handset
To Force Home your Ranger DECT
Dial *** 00000000 * 3 and Hang Up
When forcing home or entering codes in to a dialler you can do it either
one of two ways depending on what type of phone you have:
1. For DECT (digital cordless) you can dial in the code while the phone is
On Hook (no dial tone) then Press the Dial key, put the phone to your ear
and as soon as the last digit (beep) has been dialled hang up the call.
2. For Corded phones, dial the force home code, ignore any BT annoucement
saying the number you have dialled has not been recognised the hang up
lift up and press Redial. Again listen for the digits to be dialled, then
hang up when the phone has finished dialling the number.
After this the red LED on the front of the dialler should start to flash,
leave the dialler and the phone it is connected to for about 3 - 4 mins,
then make a test call to see if the dialler has picked you new routing.

Not sure if that will help you Roger.
