Anyone know whether theres an on-line method (thus avoiding having to run
the gauntlet of a sales pitch from a droid) of cancelling the free 1571
service?

If you go to the BT site and log on under My Account and then click on
Calling Features, it gives you lots of opportunities to order additional
ones, but no facility - as far as I can see - for cancelling existing ones.
Am I missing something?
