If you dial a number which isnt catered for in a V4+s routing table, does
it pass it unmodified, or block it?

I assume the former - is this right? Case in point: I just dialled 17070 and
got through to the BT line test facility (BT is my default, with no CPS on
my line) - but 17070 doesnt match any of the defined strings.

That is correct it will pass it through unmodified. However, if you wish,
you can block all numbers of a certain group in CWClient (e.g. all numbers
starting 00 - International numbers) but then allow individual subtypes
(e.g. Allow 001 for USA/Canada).
