Thanks for the two replys Graham and Steve.
The system is a Ascom Ascotel 2050SX. Our provider has logged onto
our system remotely and said he can see the calls, but the person/
Company doing them is with-holding their number??
let me know if this helps??
thanks Geoffers
You say these calls ring on all DDI, by which I assume you
mean all extensions. Are there any DDIs that are *supposed*
to ring all these extensions. Do you know the destinations
(phone, group of phones, autoattendent, etc.) of all your
DDIs, you could call them in turn and see if they go
where they are supposed to. Can you account for all
the DDIs your service provider assigned to your lines?
I have sometimes found spares that the end-user
was unaware of. Also, tell us all about these phantom
calls, like any tones beeps or clicks that you might
hear when answering.
