Hi:

I was called the other day by a number 0456 xxx xxxx. I cant find this
prefix in the front of the BT telephone book, either in the UK numbers
nor in the international ones. It doesnt seem to be a funny number
(eg 0800 etc). What else could it be?

And where else can I look up such numbers? BTs website doesnt seem
helpful here.

I normally use http://www2.magsys.co.uk/telecom/codelook.asp though it does
not reconise 0456, may need more of the number though.

Or it could be an International number? maybe 0045 which is Denmark, the
first 0 may have been truncated.

Thanks for that site -- useful. But it doesnt recognise even the whole
number.

Maybe it is Denmark.
