Sorry pal, I *like* engaged tone - Im not being charged to listen to it.
I want to hear ringing tone and a live person answering, or if the line is
busy, an engaged tone. Not press 1 for this, press 2 for that endlessly,
interspersed with your call is important to us (but we cant be arsed to
answer it) every few seconds.
